Day two recap...

Day two was much more successful than day one, I was able to consume 4 meals and 2 snacks in an 11 hour window. And coming in at just over 2100 calories, I was almost spot on for my goal of 2200. So with my 1am gym visit after work, and some quick protein before bed, I am sitting pretty for some solid results in the morning. Fingers crossed.
